I have always been a animal person but I have had to implement a no dog policy cause my insurance won't allow so many different breeds so have found just easier to not allow them.  Do allow cats but have policy that they must be neutered with proof and up to date with shots

I have done a few flips with some people I know but it was in Texas and unfortunately the money people didn't want to listen to me or other contractor (brother) about where to spend money and where not to so the three houses I did and spent a lot of time away from home to do didn't net me anything.  Hopefully I can do more with someone else around my area and the have more experience than the people I worked with in Texas
