A big thank you to Peter, John, Carlos, Daniel (and anyone I missed) for taking your valuable time to respond to my inquiry. I  appreciate the time and excellent information. Also, my belief is the best way to thank somebody on a list-serve is with a private message (So the rest of the community does not have to take their time to read a thank you), but apparently BP only lets you send a message to somebody you are connected to. (So sorry everyone for having to read this). Again, really appreciate the time taken to respond.

Listmates: Have a new construction build 4/what are 3SFR finishing up soon in North Cape Coral. Would really appreciate any recommendations for a property manager and home inspector. Also for Discussion purposes, can any of our Cape Coral investors tell us how the market is doing post hurricane and also if the north side is picking up versus the southside.
