@Maneesh Joshi

I don’t understand how anyone can allow pets in their rentals 1% responsible is 100% liable. Any benefit you receive puts you in the pet business and failing to provide adequate protection to prevent a dog bite in your pet business isn’t a hard sell to a jury

That’s along with what I was thinking and I loved the “I have already evacuated “. I’m going to use that one

Are you boarding up the windows for your tenants and delivering them sandbags? These are the request I’m getting

@Colleen F.

That’s a good idea. I ran out of letters it wouldn’t let me add hurricane

@Colleen F.

It’s 13 houses and one triplex not sure how many windows that is

@Colleen F.

By the time I wait to see if it going to hit my area it’s too late to board up 16 doors

@Brian Van Pelt that’s what I’ve done in the past

Do you board up windows on your rentals when a hurricane is near

@Adam Skay

Thanks Jason your experience is what I was hoping to find when I ask the question. It’s a shame we have to wade through so many idiots and trolls to get a general conversation of people’s experiences and advice. I would be grateful if I could hear about the advantages and disadvantages of your decision to scale up
