Western Union idea sounds good. Another option is PayLease. Tenant pays the bills at Walmart. I'll research both of them.

Thanks,

Open a different account at your bank and give them that account number. Then transfer the money out online after they deposit it. That way the worst they can do is mess you up for 1 month. Plus, if something funky does happen you know they were the only ones with the account numbers.

But honestly if they can meet your rent payment terms then they are probably not the tenants you want anyway.

I have a similar deal in memphis tn I'm looking at. I would do all the work if someone would provide funding. 50/50 split of est 300k net profit. Let me know if your intrested..

Hello everyone!

I have been following bigger pockets now for a while and now want to expand my business through the Bigger Pockets network!  I am attempting to make real estate my full time thing. I have primarily been investing in SW Missouri but am now doing deals in Memphis Tn and some other areas in between.

I primarily like to fix and flip for retail sales. I have done a few now and am looking for more. I would live to start finding deals through Bigger Pockets! So connect with me and let me know what you have!

I look forward to growing my network and maximizing my use of the awesome real estate investing tool that is Bigger Pockets!

Thanks!
