"Failure is paying for an education"  Blue Fishing by: Steve Sims

"If i said I DISCOVERED how not to do something I am operating from a position of learning and improving. But, If i say I FAILED at something then that's it, it's over, my end result is that I failed and it's over"

"Changing your prospective from failing to discovering is what allows you to continue to the next leg of your journey, it gives you both the courage and curiosity to keep going."

"Obstacles are self invented. Obstacles are only in your mind, they are like a prophecy that you fulfill just to make your failure feel better, because if you build up those obstacles in your head your looking for a reason to end it, that's where the failure comes in. Your not a loser or a failure if you get knocked down, we all get knocked down sooner or later. The saying goes " The fights not over when you get knocked down, the fights over when you stop getting up."

"Failure is just an education on what not to do, for every failure your learning. Take pride in your scars."

Hello BP members I'm in the middle of reading "Blue Fishing" by Steve Sims. Today I was struggling a little bit with feeling like a failure in life and this brought me back out of it and I wanted to share it with you, because I know I am not the only on that feels this way sometimes. I hope this gives you the motivation to pick yourself back up and dust yourself off and keep trying new ways to succeed in life. This book is very inspirational and I highly recommend reading. Thank you for reading hope you are all doing great.

Hello bp members, i have been considering going for my real-estate license in Massachusetts. Does anyone have any tips or advice? How difficult was it to switch and get started selling homes? Is it possible to be an agent part time and keep a full time job till you get more advanced in real-estate and know what your doing? Is the market flooded with real-estate agents making it harder to get clients? Any information on the subject would help greatly in my decision thank you.

@Michael Grigorashenko I believe they call that seller financing.
