@Ben Rhodin thanks for the wise words! I did a HELOC on my primary to buy the rental .. that's doing well and thanks to the market and putting a large chunk down I have that money to pull out of it now. I've only been able to find a cash out refi for the rental.

I love the primary I’m in now, so no real plans to move into something else

Hi all,

I’m in the hot Denver market and want to pick up another property. While I love the equity I’ve gained I can’t use it anywhere here. Looking for ideas where to get involved. Ideally I have about 100k to spend

Multi families, SFH , townhomes maybe , not a fan of apartments

Any and all ideas appreciated :)

I'm sure this is a common thing but.... I have a rental property with 64% LTV right now... I'd like to get 15% more equity out of it, bringing the total to 79%... Is anyone doing that ? Is there any way to tap into the equity in my rental so I can purchase another property?

Post: Leases ending June 1 ideas?

Hi all I have a group of tenets living in my rental. Three separate leases and each have their own floor. Their leases all end June 1, wondering if the best thing is just to offer them month to month OR post the house for a new one year lease starting June 1. I’m in Colorado and just thinking about how hard will it be for my tenets to find a new place and how hard it will be to find new tenants.

Open to any and all suggestions! Thanks.
