My price starts at $325 for that size home but depending on when it was built it might be slightly higher.  If you want to find out a firm price give me a call. My number is on my website.

Yeah I can do that for you. If you want to learn more about my company google Rightway Home Inspections.

@Rob Witt if you get to the point of where you need a home inspected I am a home inspector as well as a licensed electrician. I would love to help you out.

I have looked at that property and the reason it is still on the market is that it is overpriced and also a very poorly set up lay out. It also needs a lot of work and the rents are really low for the expenses. The numbers just don't match the price on it.

I have all electric in my house however it is with a geothermal forced air unit. My house is a 2500 sq ft ranch with a full basement. My bills this last winter hardly topped $200 per month. It all depends on the way you are using the electric on how much it cost.

no you are acting as your own property manager. Just because somebody else is a part owner with you does not affect your ability to manager your own properties.

I think you are asking about an unsecured loan type of thing. You could get a line of credit from the bank based off of your credit scores and regular income from a job. It would be better rates than hard money but higher than a mortgage. It is something to look into if that is what you are thinking. It is basically like a credit card but there are no fees for a cash withdrawal.
