Hi, I'm looking into investing in out of state in rentals. Mostly turn-key, possibly a BRRR. I understand the rules for judging rent and ROI but I'm curious what things everyone looks into to make sure deals are a good long term fit. In other words, how are you analyzing market trends, supply & demand, city's growth projections etc...

I Just wanted to ask the community what Data lists everyone is using and how you are narrowing down your searches.  Attom Data seems to have a great interface, but it's a bit overwhelming trying to narrow down the search criteria.

What are everyone's thoughts?
