Hello BP Community!

I'm a new investor who just landed their first Multifamily (8 units) in Bowling Green KY. I'm primarily focused on Multifamily BRRR. I'm from the area originally but live in Nashville. I'm looking for folks to add to my team. Looking for the following:

  • Realtor/Broker who understands investment strategies
  • Trustworthy Contractors
  • Real estate Lawyers (lease review, contracts, evictions etc)
  • Property Management Recommendations
  • Capital Partners also interested in the area
