Has anyone been able to utilize the new ADU ordinance 4936 rules to successfully get a permit on an existing Ohana or add a legal Ohana to a property?

Anyone successfully permit two Ohanas on a larger lot? Anyone in process of doing any of these things and have some roadblocks etc they would like to share?

Aloha all, I’m new to BP.  I’m off island for the next 6 months or so but own a long term single family on west side.  Interested in talking to other investors about what’s working on the island.
