I downloaded it and have gotten through chapter 3. It's really good so far and I plan on checking out the various forums next. Any suggestions?

I am a recent college graduate and currently work part-time for a large home manufacturer.  Working there and talking with some people I know in the real estate business have really sparked my interest in investment property and would love to learn more about the various opportunities and how I can get started at a young age.  Thanks!
