Hello I am truly stuck. I have no clue on who to talk to around me and where to look to find people near me that I can learn from, also I have had a couple ideas one includes finding houses going into foreclosure and going to the owners and writing a contract to buy the house at a massive discount then going to an investor and selling the contract has anyone done this or have any information on this? If this is an opportunity I would be able to make some cash while not having an capital or anything invested also I believe this would be a good start and would be an excellent way to learn the market and what I have to work with while also being able to learn from investors and how to buy my first rental property.
