Good afternoon, I have 3 rental properties in Albany NY and the electrician I used for all those issues moved out of the area. Would anyone have an recommendations? I do have a job I need done but looking for a long term partnership as well as I have been adding one property to my portfolio each year.

I own 3 properties in Albany New York for a total of 6 units. I work in NYC. I have a great handyman, a pretty solid electrician but have been really struggling to find a good plumber who is dependable. I have tried a few different guys but no one really seems to be reliable. Any suggestions would be great

@Will Fraser Thank you very much, we may take that approach, they can write it up and say I get 30k back after sale as well as a varying other amount based on his profit?
