Hey everyone! So I my company flips houses but is looking to get into rental properties but to be honest, we have no idea where to start. Any advice on how to begin analyzing properties? Thanks!

 Thanks Kenton. We do higherr end flips but are going try and run the same thing for each bathroom and see what happens! I will keep you posted.

Hey everyone, I am doing several flips where we have 3 to 5 baths in the houses. Is it a bad decision to go with all the same style vanity? Like we do white shaker vanities in at least one maybe 2 in most houses. Could we just do it in all the houses or is this a bad idea? Thanks!

Cash invested: $97,776
Sale price: $549,000

This was a great flip. Quick 2 month turnaround and solid profit even though Covid hurt the sale price.
