Hello,

I have been managing a single rental property for a couple years now, and can't help but feel that there must be a platform out there for landlords that really streamlines all the managing aspects all in one place. I have been using Avail for the tenant interface side of things (marketing, rent collection, etc.) and using Stessa for my accounting and record keeping. They both do a good job at what I use them for, but don't seem to be well equipped enough to handle both sides of the coin. Curious if anyone has had any luck managing all these aspects in one singular software?
