Sean.... Yes.. You funded two deals... However your "approved" appraiser drastically over valued the values of the properties.... Unfortunately we both were duped ..... We attempted to refi one of the properties in feb 2019....for $600k +/- which was the true appraised value (by an independent bank appraiser)... Far cry from the $700k your "approved" appraiser came up with.... Even showed you a comp (3 months after we did the deal) on house 3 blocks away that sold for $582k which was identical to the 2nd house we tried... Even had an offer on the second one... And day of final inspection.... You change the locks on the property.... 

People..... Run from Sean Ridgeway.... And any company associated with him..... Multiple people complain about fraud.... On his part...i have one lawsuit against him already ..

Hey all.....i can tell you he has multiple lawsuits against him..... But it won't stop him.... I got screwed out of $300k and counting with him.... I currently have him in court in Illinois..... There are horror stories all over the country...... I am working on trying to get a list of clients that were screwed over by him and feed them to my lawyers.........

Hey everyone. .. Glad I found this. . I am currently suing Sean Richway. We did a JV. And his said appraiser over valued the house by $150k each... (Yes we did two at the same time) had buyers for both and he rejected them and now they are sitting.... Love to hear about all these horror stories.... Also found out he doesnt register with each state which is good for me.....
