Definitely, working smarter doesn't negate working hard. I'm ready for Driving for Dollars and doorknocking. 

The difference between me and most brokers/investors dumping capital into digital lead gen. - digital is what I do FT. I have worked for agencies, internal marketing, and freelance. I'm the source, so I'm not paying management/strategy fees to third-parties who skim additional fees off of ad spend. I know how to hit high-intent, in-market users where they are in the sales funnel. My costs are time/ad spend - when optimized, both costs are minimal.

Plans for finding my first deal are currently networking and grinding to make connections (short-term) off-market - but not against an MLS offer if the numbers work.

Currently working to finalize development with online lead funnels for both buyers/sellers to create a digital marketplace via a digital platform. My background is digital marketing and UX so trying to leverage that.

Would love to work with REI experienced brokers within the market. Not above knocking and calling, but working smarter not harder is crucial.

Long term goals are to create a turn-key team that is beneficial for all in the pipeline from broker to contractor.

I'm new to REI, have been doing research this year and ready to take this from research to execution. I live in Geneva, IL and looking initially hone in the Greater Chicago Area. Short-term plans are SF-Fix/Flip, eventually getting into BRRRR with both SF and MF.

Would love to connect with local REI groups. I believe in mutually beneficial mentorship, partnerships - let's see where this takes us. Looking forward to connecting.
