I'd like to know why you're selling this portfolio and more details about the individual properties.

In general, is it best to seal grout in a rental property or not?

For that matter, would you seal grout in your own property?

I've heard that sealing tile grout doesn't allow moisture to evaporate, which can lead to tiles being cracked.  

Does this change for tinted grout? or ceramic tile?

Robert, correct me if I'm wrong, but batchgeo.com does not plot a route for you. If there's a free easy way to do this I'd love to know cause it's been a pain to do it manually.

I have a list of pre-foreclosure addresses and I'd like to visit each one, but I want to avoid driving back and forth. What's the best way to go about mapping them so I'm sure I'm driving to them most effectively? Does Goolge Maps have a function for this? Any advice would be great, thanks.
