Hi Jeffrey. Great to meet you and thanks for the response. Yeah the law states that conducting the business of buying, selling, and renting real estate constitutes as being a broker of which you have to be licensed; but it doesn't say anything about contracts or assigning contracts. I'll have to look into further. My brother has found some success in Texas wholesaling but I know laws are dependent by state. 

I'm more of an options trader, but am looking to getting into other businesses as well. Feel free to DM me if ever just want to grab a coffee, shoot the can, and talk business opportunities. 

Hello. I am new to BiggerPockets but was told by my brother that this is a great website for real estate information. I'm just starting my journey into wholesaling, but have recently moved to Guam and am not sure whether or not wholesaling properties here is legal. I looked up the real estate laws here and it says that if you are doing any type of business that involves real estate you have to be licensed.
