Nice, that's exactly what I'm looking for. Pretty much just trying to stay away from a total gut or tear down

Thanks for the quick reply Brian. The deal is what matters most, followed by location. Metro areas are most desirable. Depending on the particulars of the deal I am flexible with location as far as neighborhoods, etc. I am shooting for a C class unit in a B neighborhood.   Thanks Brian

Hello BP,

I am a new investor from Shrewsbury, Ma. I am looking for an off market distressed 3-4 unit multifamily in Worcester, Ma. I plan on using hard money and refinance to a traditional mortgage once the rehab is complete and the units are rented. In addition to the deals I am also need to build my team - I'd like to connect with hard money lenders, contractors, and property managers.

Thanks for checking out my post,

 Adam

thanks for the replies everybody, I I've definitely been been checking calendars and am going to reach out to the property manager tonight. I figured he would be my best resource, just wasn't sure if there was additional research I can could do.

Hello BP,

Is there a reliable source (online or otherwise) to get an idea for the demand of a vacation rental in a particular area? Specifically I am looking at condos in the Waterville Valley / Campton area of the White Mountains, NH. I have run the numbers in the Calculator it looks like it will pay for itself if it is rented an average of 3 weekends a month (minimum 2 night stay.)

Thanks,

Adam

Hello BP,

My trade is an automotive mechanic, but I am interested in switching gears to real estate. My primary residence is in Shrewsbury, MA and I would like to purchase a 2-4 unit multifamily in Worcester, MA as an investment property. I found BP through a Google search and have been digesting information non-stop ever since. The podcasts are especially packed full of info.  I do not have a particular property chosen as of yet, but I know I want Worcester, MA. I am looking forward to networking with other local investors.
