Post: Contractor for Worcester, MA

Hi there, I have connections on the east side of the state but Worcester is too far for those crews and I might be buying dilapidated properties in the areas this year. Before I take any property seriously, I wanted to know I have a contractor I can lean on. I am essentially looking to flip 3-4 unit properties but instead of selling, I am going to rent out and hold them. Still, the work I would need the contractor to do is very similar. Properties could need anything and everything (flooring, drywall, framing, full kitchen remodels, full bathroom remodels, plumbing, etc.)

Regards,
Adam

Thanks, I think the state demands 75 hours of classroom training though. I know some of those hours are spent on-site, but I do not believe it is the vast majority of them. After classroom, I think I need 25 supervised home inspections.

Hi there, I am a real estate investor in MA and I want to get my home inspecting license. This would mainly be for the education but maybe I will make some money off of it as well.

I found in-person classes but they are a week straight of full day classes and I work a regular W-2 job. I do not want to take a week of vacation for the classes so I am wondering if anyone knows of a more convenient way to accomplish this.

Are there night classes anywhere? Maybe weekend classes? Thanks!
