Currently in the market for replacement windows for my rental property located in Pennsylvania. It’s overwhelming how many window manufacturers and models there are. Does anyone have any recommendations on manufactures, models, and even installers?

This is my first year owning a rental property.  Therefore, this will be my first year doing taxes on the property.  I only have the one property.  What does everyone recommend on filing the taxes?  Use a tax software platform like Turbo Tax?  One step further, go to H&R Block?  Or, actually hire a CPA familiar with rental property taxes?   I have used Turbo Taxes for years to file my personal taxes, so I am very familiar with the platform, but just concerned that I'll be in over my head with filing taxes for my rental property.

I only have one rental property, and I use my personal credit card to purchase whatever I need for the property.  Any thoughts on exclusively using separate credit cards for business and personal expenses?  My main concern is the headache of separating the charges come tax season.  I rarely use my credit card for either business or personal expenses, however.  But nonetheless, should I have two separate cards?

Has anyone here ever bought a rental property that had knob and tube wiring?  If so, how did you approach it?  Did you have the entire property rewired, or did you simply leave it alone?  If you had it rewired, approximately how much did you pay?  Thanks in advance!
