Hi Jamie! I moved my family from Ca to Frisco Tx in April so I know exactly what you're thinking about doing. Frisco is a great area especially if you have kids! I sold my house and quit my job and used the proceeds to start real estate investing full time with my business partner who also left Ca lol. Hey Antonio! If you don't want to be too involved in the investing and do something more passive, a syndication like some suggested would probably be best for the amount you have. If you want to be more involved and build a business than I would partner with someone who is doing the thing you are interested in. Fix and flip, BRRRR, or creative financing are things you could learn by partnering with someone on a deal. You could be a private money lender and collect interest or partner with someone for equity. I partnered with my mentor on a couple of deals as a private money lender than we became business partners. So it all depends on how involved you would like to be in the business.

I have a seller that owns 14 properties outright and is open to seller finance them. He is going to sell one first to see how it will play out and then sell the rest since he hasn't done this type of transaction before. He is requiring a 10% down payment for his property which I have for the first one but would need more capital for the remaining seller finance deals. Would anyone be interested in investing with us on these deals for a percentage of equity?
