Pls give me some words of wisdom from real Pros. out there. Property prices in So. California is all time high and with a slight downturn . What are the pros and cons in buying High with a positive ROI ? Or it is better to wait until early next year as there is too much speculation in the market. Should I get help from Roofstock even though We have access to CRMLS ? Any input will be greatly appreciated.
