@Rory Coyle my husband and I are thinking about buying in Pedro. I'd love to hear about your experience rehabbing. Let me know if you are up for sharing. Thanks!

@Chelsea Knapp thank you for sharing some of your journey with Express Capital. I am curious about the culmination of your experience with Martin Chera and Express Capital Financing. I am considering using them for purchase in So Cal.

I'm also curious if anyone has used Express Capital Financing. I've been contacted by president Martin Chera.

Hello BiggerPocketers,

I am new here and this is my very first post! I want to get started in investing. I'm looking at a few markets and I'm considering Buffalo, NY. I’d love to connect with anybody on here who works in the area who might be willing to impart any knowledge or insight on the current Buffalo market. Buffalo is the hometown of my kin and I still have family there. Up until the pandemic, I was visiting at least once a year. I am from Los Angeles and work in the entertainment industry so I attend the Toronto Film Festival. I fell in love with the city’s rich history and architecture, it’s the only city where I’ve been able to see Olmsted Parks, a Henry Hobson Richardson Psychiatric Hospital and a Frank Lloyd Wright all in one municipality! After being priced out of Los Angeles, I’ve searched my heart and I think Buffalo might the place. But then again, it may not be. Would love to pick a local expert's brain.

Thanks in advance!
