I am looking for some additional recommendations in Washington state.  I see there have been some callouts on 'First American Title Services'.  Any other experiences/suggestions, especially with an Escrow that understands how to do double escrow.

Thanks Katherine! - scheduled sometime with Anderson Advisors, they seem specialize in real estate investors.

I am just starting out and looking for any recommendations of Real Estate Attorney's. Specifically would like an Attorney that can setup RE LLC and handle closing's in the Seattle area, preferably on the Eastside but not necessary.

Any guidance appreciated.
