What would eveyrone think if we were planning to sell this house in say 20 years. We are not really concerned about the immidiate cash flow.

They guy is asking $120,000, but I think we could get it for $80,000. The house is located in a very small town so its hard to get an idea of what the market is. Its between MD and PA. We can put about $35,000 down and probably get $700-$800 a month.

Hi all!

My husband and I are looking at a home to buy as rental property. Obviously you guys dont know the area, but I was hoping to get in point. The house is a 2 bedroom with 1 bath. It has new vinyl siding, a fairly new roof and a furnance that was just installed a few years ago. The kicker is that the 1 bathroom is on the first floor while the bedrooms are on the second. WHat do you all think of that? WOuld that make it extra hard to rent?
