Hey all,
I looked up REIA's and so many came up in the NY area that I'm trying to narrow it down. Could anyone give me some of their recommendations if they know of any most preferably in Long Island, thanks.

I've always been interested in Real Estate so here I am with my post with an idea and a question. If anyone would bestow some knowledge on me it would be great.. What is the best way for me to get started up in Real Estate? I want to do it on the side and mainly purchase a home put some tenants in it (help pay the mortgage) and then after a few years flip the house.. Now to me it sounds simple enough.. Buy a home.. advertise, get tenants but nothing is ever that simple. So if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.. thanks
