Welcome to bp!

It's a great site and I love the community. Explore everything like it's your first time out of town. There are soooo many people and resources. Please take full advantage.

Oh and make sure you take the free course. It's helped me tremendously. You'll find it under education. Good luck!

Nice. What do you think about the 30318 zip/East Atlanta. I've been thinking about indulging in that area.

As far as my "why" I love helping people. I get excited about how many different ways there are in this world to make a difference. Real Estate can be a way to make a huge impact on someone's life, but you can also make a huge impact on people just by spending time and playing with them. (Also, I just realized that we can attach pictures to comments and I just have to ask why doesn't anyone ever use photos in their posts?? So here's a photo of me in a moment where I feel like I'm living my "why.")

Hopefully I can make other people happy in every area of my life.

I love the photo!!! and your why! The strongest leaders help others..

Hi

I'm a new investor actively networking with other like-minded individuals. I love building relationships and making connections. At the end of it all, I want to be a value resource and asset to all those around me.

My focus right now is Rehabbing for delayed profit and wholesaling to fill in the gaps. I look to transition to commercial real estate in the near future. I want to build wealth, not just for me, but for my network and I'm excited about making that happen.

Whatever your title is as a Real Estate Professional, I'd love to connect and build.

"You attract who you are." I look forward to working with many loyal, honest, fun and hardworking individuals on my path to greatness!

Bigger Pockets is a great community.

I don't have a ton to contribute at this point, but I believe strongly in "giving what you can" so here's a question that I was asked a lot as a newbie investor that has helped point me in a healthy direction:

What is your "Why" for real estate investing?

Just respond back with all the reasons you can think of that have put you where you are at right now. There are no wrong answers. But the more you get used to answering that question, the more you understand what questions to ask, and what to focus on. I personally think its great when people ask me my motivation. I think "Ah! More practice." Its even fun sometimes to try and state your "Why" as poetically as possible.

Anyway, welcome, and glad you're here!

Hi Nathan!

Thanks for the reply. I love that question by the way. My "why" is to build my family legacy extending wealth, in every way, for generations to come. My why is my family, period. Also, it's very important for me to have the means to help others who CANNOT, by any means, help themselves. I want to be a value resource and asset to all those around me.

How about you?
