Hi Tom! That is good to know I have at least some grounding. Ive always been a do what I know kinda guy, I actually started flipping guitars, moved up to some cars once I had learned enough about them, and am ready to move up again!

Just research and more research for me and so far this site looks to have enough to keep me busy. I live in Mt pleasant, nice little college town with a pop of about 26,000. Hello everyone! Allan here from right in the middle of Michigan. I am brand new to the site and to Real estate in general. I am all over the place you could say in terms of what I intend to do, I see so many different ways to approach REI and am trying to educate myself on where I would like to focus my efforts, I find I am much more effective when focused! I have been involved in nearly every aspect of car dealerships for the past 7 years and still work full time for one. I have flipped a few cars for profit and that has been about the extent of my investing experience! I look forwards to meeting new people and gaining more knowledge, and I hope to be able to lend my own knowledge to those who need it, thank you!
