Post: Commercial Storm Damage Statutory Limitations

It is reported by the TDI, with respect to 2013 / 2014 DFW hail storms, only some 1/3RD of commercial building owners have submitted claims.

FYI: Statute of Limitations is coming up. If a property owner does not want to pay out of pocket, this will prove important.

If you're in need of intelligent, reliable help... call me.

Appreciate, Richard. This is the kind of PRE-FORECLOSURE scenario I am seeking, however this one is well outside my target price range and target location (Fort Worth, TX).

Thank you,

  • Howdy, Richard:  Thank you. I sent you a PM.

Apologize for being vague.

We are looking to acquire a PRE-FORECLOSURE property vs. a conventional purpose or even a foreclosure.

Thx,

Since there have been no responses, can I realistically assume PRE-FORECLOSURES are not a viable opportunity in Texas?
