I got my list from list source and for around 3000 people it came out to close the $3500, where do you get your lists from?

I’m in San Antonio I bought a list of high equity absentee owners in San Antonio

I have a list of 300 people, should I spend my money skip tracing and doing ringless voicemail which would come out to around $450 OR should I use my money and do Facebook ads instead? Which would be the best bang for my buck?

@Rick Pozos thank you for responding! I guess I’m just going to use these bandit signs so they don’t go to waste and from now on will be posting ads. It’s exciting to see someone from San Antonio wholesaling.

Thank both of you for replying I really appreciate it, I’ve seen a couple signs by the same person in my area so I’ll definitely give them a call and see what’s been working! I noticed the signs by my house only stayed up about 3-4 days but this was during the week, unless they took them down themselves. I’m leaning towards picking them up just so I can use them longer, once again thank you!

I am about to turn twenty years old and I’m starting to get into wholesaling in San Antonio. I just ordered and received 100 signs and I would be using these signs to find sellers. I was wondering if it’d be better for me to put out 25 signs a week and just leave them out there or put out 50-75 signs on a Friday and pick them up on a Sunday night? I’m trying to get the most bang for my buck and I’m not sure which way is more effective, thank you for the help!
