But to give you an idea. The resale value of the house is 365K according to the realtor I work with they owe 185K it needs some work but it could be a good deal if I can get it for the 185K plus the 17K that I offered on top of what they owe the bank. What you think?

Unfortunately I haven’t heard back from the owners yet, the house scheduled to be sold at auction at the end of this month. I’m hoping to hear back from them before the auction because I just don’t have all the cash to buy it at the auction.
