could you provide some more information about the company in which your affiliated with and some proven case studies. I think others including myself would be interested in at least learning more about it
Nick what we are is the marketing arm of a forensic fraud auditing company. I am the VP and consultant to the marketing company. What we have done is create a product from what the fraud auditing company was previously doing. Unfortunately I cannot post our website on here, but if you would like to PM me, I can give you our website to get more details about our company. Also we can get you case studies (we will ofcourse black out names of the people who are actually involved in the foreclosure). Also the auditing company has been around for a over 5 years, but have never quite marketed the product. Rather they were just happy with the referrals that they were getting and the work that the federal government was giving them. We are just going out there and creating a product and mass marketing it. We have experienced great success with the product, but generating solid leads has been our biggest stumbling block.

Ali,
what do you mean exactly with " as well as help them with their adjustable rate mortgages." ?
What exactly were the issues with the leads you were getting?

Tommy what we do is conduct a thorough forensic fraud audit on the loan and 99% of the time we find some sort of fraud associated with the loan. We then use this fraud audit to strong arm the lender into giving our client a loan modification. Another thing that we do is help people keep their homes if they're going through foreclosure. We fight the foreclosure by countersuing the lender and then conduct a forensic fraud audit and help them keep their homes. Here in Oklahoma we have got 4 homes free and clear already because of the amount of fraud we have found
We are having issues with the leads because we just havent found a good source yet. We could use real estate agents though, since they seem to know everyone

Ive started this project where Im helping people stay in their homes, rentals or personal (if you have any questions about that feel free to contact me) as well as help them with their adjustable rate mortgages. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get pre-foreclosure leads other than data mining as well as good ARM leads. The ARM leads Im getting right now, I have only a 10% contact rate and 10% conversion rate
