@Greg Gaudet nice! I want the experience of going to the auctions process, looking at houses and just being in the mix. I’m glad we are looking at the open house foreclosure next week to gain experience.

@Indar Lange good question. I really wasn’t thinking of that. Honestly just happy to find a deal below retail prices. I have not been to an auction and want to learn how it works.

@Loren Clive mahalo! Yes, me and @Greg Gaudet are going to a foreclosure open house next Saturday from 11am-1pm. address is 112 PAULOA PLACE. 4 bed 4 bath with 1/1 cottage in back. 2690 square ft living space. I’m curious to see what Greg thinks.

@Patrick Franta mahalo! I saw the liens but really wasn’t sure. If I win the bid I guess I would have to pay those liens too. Yup! This is a bad deal.
