I think this is something that crosses every agents mind at one point or another. but to answer that question I will ask one. 

How good is your personal site at capturing leads?  You see, what is the point of paying so much money to drive traffic to your site if you can't capture good quality leads.

Hi Everyone! 

My name is Abimael Duran born in Oaxaca, Mexico and raised in the city of sin (Las Vegas, NV). I have two focuses in the real estate world. 

1. Focusing in residential resale and 

2. Investment properties, This means working along side real estate investors (mostly out of state) Acquiring properties, either for a quick flip or buying, finding the right tenants for the unit, and managing the property. 

Investments include condos, single family, and multi family 

Within 6 years I see myself running my own real estate firm and being on the top three biggest brokerages in the state of Nevada. The two main factors will be the ever growing Hispanic market, that is being misrepresented at the time and my loyal investors.
