@Jayson Cain

Hey Jason! I think I did listen to his episode! I’ll look him up.

Yes goal is to use the money to buy my own. I did own an Airbnb for 5 years however I sold it last year as it was about to need a lot of work and I was also moving to a different city starting Real Estate. I kind of regret doing that but at the same time I think it would’ve added way too much stress to my life with so many big changes.

@John Underwood HiJohn, Im open to all conversations. I owned an Airbnb that I sold this year so my goal for arbitrage is to build a downpayment to keep buying more.

Hi Everyone!

I have partnered with a local Realtor to Airbnb his 4plex. It’s more so of a co-host situation. I got extremely lucky that this guy understood what Airbnb Arbitrage is so that’s how I got into the property.

Here’s my dilemma,

I would like to rent some properties to Airbnb on my own with no splits. I’m having trouble with Realtors understanding what Airbnb Arbitrage is and why it’s more beneficial to have me rent it as an Airbnb versus a normal LTR tenant. I’m following Mike Elefante and Jorge Contreras on IG. Has anyone down their courses and is it worth it?

I agree with everyone on being more mobile friendly!

I just got the iPad Pro and noticed that when opening the app it doesn’t rotate into landscape! Which that seems like a pretty simple thing to fix:) I’m always on not a programmer so maybe not

Hi everyone!

I interviewed for an ISA position today. It seems to be as a good way to transition into real estate while still earning a salary. The company I applied with said in two years I could transition into being an Agent:

Has anyone done this? Did it help you with learning the business and doing cold calls?

@Canesha Edwards

Hey! That was originally the plan but city of Orlando has made it very difficult now! I actually just found out that I’ll have to drop one bedroom per their new guidelines and I would have to be present during all stays:/ Disney and Visit Orlando I think are the reason behind that unfortunately
