I would love some mentorship, I am Canadian living in US. My Canadian property has equity and gives me cash flow. Mass property is just too expensive but will pay for itself if I rent out. I am thinking to buy a primary home as a multifamily next

@Melissa Silk ideally I would wanna rent out the in law unit but seems like most of the places don’t allow a non family person to be in the in law. In other cases I would try getting a multi family if I don’t even find that I would just get a house and some days I would airbnb a room 

Been trying to look into a SFH as I can't find a good multi family . I am looking for a house that I can airbnb part of it. Recently been calling inspectional services and none of them said that Airbnb is allowed.

Wanted to see if there's any home owner airbnb hosts that are doing this ? Is there a permit needed ? What towns are allowing Airbnb ?

Looking to start working in Boston suburbs, I am thinking of getting a 2,3 or 4 family within 40-55 min drive. What areas do you suggest where I can off set costs ? Should I go outside mass ? Also thinking if I can't find multi family, I will get a house with in law and just airbnb it
