thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I have a question for you guys. I recently saw a property for sale here in Baltimore that was under renovation and qualified for a 203k loan. 

Do you guys know what the process would be to acquire and finance this? I can put upto 25% down on the pre renovation price.

Hi all,

i'm a new-ish investor in the Baltimore, MD area.  I say new-ish because I bought a house here a couple of years ago where we live now but that we bought as an eventual rental.

After two years, I'm looking to now look for new opportunities and expand my horizons.  I'm looking for investors and like minded people in the DMV/Baltimore Metro area. 

 I'm open minded, ambitious and hard working.  So say hi and let's talk.
