I am interested in investing in Texas Tax Sales. Google will only get you so far. I'm in search of a savvy investor in Texas who invests in Tax sales and has been successful in  tax sales and willing to mentor my team.

I'm looking for individual who owns an all cash business, such as a washateria, car wash, or dry cleaners. I would like to found out what opportunities are out there and what are the risks and rewards to these businesses. If there is a member who like to coach me in this endeavor, please provide any valuable insight.

Is there a bigger pockets member who is actively investing in self storage units in Texas and would like to coach/mentor a newbie investor?

Looking for financing on townhomes. I'm sure it will be difficult to finance conventionally because I'm a first time buyer and credit challenged. Looking for ways and answers to fund this project. My intentions are to live on the ground floor and rent the other two upstairs unit.
