I'm looking for individual who owns an all cash business, such as a washateria, car wash, or dry cleaners. I would like to found out what opportunities are out there and what are the risks and rewards to these businesses. Looking for financing on townhomes. I'm sure it will be difficult to finance conventionally because I'm a first time buyer and credit challenged. Looking for ways and answers to fund this project. My intentions are to live on the ground floor and rent the other two upstairs unit.
