Quote from @Andrew Steffens:

Hey Abel - To do this correctly you will need a contract (best practice would be prepared by an attorney).  However, there are some templates on Google if you search them and I think you could craft a simple one and have both parties sign/notarize.

Thanks Andrew I wasnt to sure about a contract I thought just adding myself to the listing as a cohost would do but it make sense after reading the articles that michael sent

Quote from @Sarah Kensinger:

We co-host! If I can help you with anything feel free to reach out!

Thank you @Sarah Kensinger I'll take you up on that offer. I'll reach out

Quote from @Michael Baum:

I agree with @Andrew Steffens. It shouldn't be a big deal.

Here are a couple you can scan to see if they work:

https://www.lodgify.com/guides/airbnb-co-host-agreement/

https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Help-with-your-business/... (this is a post, but someone posted their entire attorney generated agreement)

Thank you @Michael Baum defiantly helps

A lady reached out knowing that I have Airbnbs in the area. She is an out of state owner that has a vacant property she would like to add on Airbnb  and wants me to cohost and fully manage the property. Managing the property is not a problem my concern is how to structure an agreement between me and her? Anyone with experience I would really appreciate your advice.
