I am looking for the new single family house rental property in Dallas areas such as Little Elm, Princeton, Forney, Mesquite and others. But I am not sure which place I should pick. Is there any advise which town or city would have a potential return on investment. My focus is appreciation. My budget is is in between 200k and 300k.

Do you guys think it is possible to get the renters easily if I buy a house that worth 300k in San Antonio?

I am planning to buy a Single Family House that I will live in it for maybe one year and latter I do it a rental property. I liked the new houses here in San Antonio. The houses that I liked are around 300k in the nice area with great school rates. I am planning to put 5 % down payment.

If I buy the house with price range 290k-300k and if I want to rent it out, I am afraid that I might not get the renters easily because the monthly rent will be high.

Do you guys think it is possible to get the renters easily if I buy a house that worth 300k in San Antonio?

I am making a research to buy my first rental property, which is going to be a single family house. I am wondering if it is worth it to buy a single family house and do Airbnb in SILVER SPRING MARYLAND or COLLEGE PARK MD. Any thoughts?
