The Bigger Pockets community was extremely helpful with CPA recommendations and now I'm on the search for a real estate attorney. Some of my needs would be... reviewing rental leases, legal advice for my business, recording Quit Claim Deeds, among other things. In the process of building my team as I start out on this journey of acquiring rental properties. I would love if they were local to Orlando, FL but not a deal breaker. 

Hello, I live in Orlando, FL and have been on a fustrating search to finding a CPA that I'm comfortable working with. Previously my focus has been to work with a CPA that has knowledge or clients in the television broadcast industry (my primary line of work as a self-employed freelancer). However, I'm now shifting my focus to a CPA that has knowledge of real estate and strategizing for investors. If they have knowledge of both, that's a plus. But as I get into real estate, and I'm now more knowledgable about taxes in my field, I believe finding a CPA who can help in the world of real estate is the priority. I welcome any recommendations anyone had who is in the Orlando or central Florida area.
