Hi- does anyone know of a bank/lender licensed in Ohio that would allow for a 2nd home loan (10%) on a duplex? The one I’ve spoken to says 25% down and I’m looking for lower than that.

Hi team, I currently live in Dallas, but only have invested in the midwest with rehabs and buy/holds that I currently rent out. I am looking to start in Dallas. If anyone is/knows of any investor in the area, wholesaler, lender, contractor, etc. they recommend- please let me know. I have spoken to NW, but I am unsure I agree with their ARVs and Comps yet still exploring that option. I also had a HML recommended to me, but I found/heard some unfortunate reviews. If anyone has any insight in any of these areas please let me know. I would like to find a reliable wholesaler who has agreeable ARVs and Comps and leaves "meat on the bones", but of course still is able to have their fair cut of the deal.
