So I got an email today, with my tenant asking me how does it work if they get another person to live with them? Do I raise the rent or do I let them move this person in? Any suggestions will help.

Just bought my first investment property and closing letter this month. Now a good family friend wants to rent it out. Any ideas how to handle the situation? since I do know this person.
