Hi @Stacie Wells based of that rate, it looks like you plan on refinancing your VA loan as an owner occupied in which case you will need to live there for at-least 12 months after refinancing . If you refinance as an owner occupied and move out you are committing mortgage fraud. If you have enough of your entitlement left over you may be able to purchase another property with that. Another option is to refinance into a traditional loan as an investment property freeing up your VA loan to use again.

Hi Ashraf - I'm currently in the process of getting impact windows on a SFH. The brand I went with was SIW windows. It's not the cheapest yet their price were not that much more than their competitors and SIW was a better product. Also they offer a lifetime warranty.
