Please be cautious if you want to try some more 'aggressive' campaign on different rental platform, especially during this COVID period. I had a bad experience to list my rentals on some renter-finding platform, a lot of scams and unqualified applications. I also heard some of my landlord friend who find the renters in a rush and then it becomes very difficult to evict. So, I'd rather keep no business instead of getting more troubles. Just a kind reminder here and enjoy the holiday season !

There are some lessons you have learn while you are on the way to be a successful investor. Communication, Negotiation and Determination, etc. Managing your own properties is an efficient way to equip yourself with those metrics. Your sweat equity won't be in vain, instead , it will push you to learn different skills when deal with different type of tenants and properties. So, in my mind, managing your rental properties may screw you , but it's worth to give a try and uncover your potentials to be a real investor in the long run.

Hi guys,

I am interested in the EV charging station investment under the light of Electric Vehicle amount will be growing faster in the near future. However, I am not quite clear how to start the EV charge station investment. I noticed that there are quite a few EV charge stations around Car Wash, Shopping Center, and some high traffic area. Are those EV charge stations owned by a giant company or private investor ? Anyone have idea about how to step into this industry and what about the ROI in general ? Appreciate any comment and reply if you can share the knowledge. Thanks !
