Hello everyone! I joined BiggerPockets earlier this month and have been taking in as many articles, forums and podcasts as time allows. I finally decided it was time to say hello to my fellow members!

My name is Aaron Wortham. I am a web developer living in San Diego, California area and have a long time interest in real estate, but have not jumped in as of yet. My full time job is as a web developer working for a company calling Planning Center Online. I love this job and it has been excellent for both my family and my career, but I hope to make the jump to real estate investing to allow for more freedom and growth throughout the years. My wife has been very supportive of this dream as I've begun to jump into it and our three kids are a good motivator to plan well for the future.

While I currently live in California, this is my sixth state to live in, so I've gotten to see some vastly different areas of the country and intend to start my investing career somewhere cheaper than San Diego. I've been looking at potential locations throughout the south and midwest.

I found out about BiggerPockets from an investor that I met at church. He said he's got multiple units out of state and that this was a great place to get started!

In advance - Great to meet you all!
