I would get a nice sign printed up that says something to the effect of: "Please talk to me before you decide to live here." The sign needs to imply wrong doing without being slanderous. Then take the sign and stand in the public right-a-way adjacent to the entrance of the complex. Doing this on a Saturday will get the most attention from would be future renters. Shouldn't take too long to get the managers attention. Get resolution in writing before taking your sign and going home. What do you think?
