Hey man, I really appreciate this!! Thanks, I believe the website worked. I’ll send out an inquire to purchase the house. Hopefully they say yes. Mahalo man

Hi and thank you to anyone who is reading this. I am looking to purchase this house that sits right next door to me. The renter who was living in the property passed away and the owner lives in a different state. The house has been sitting vacant for over 2 years.

I’ve found the owners name on a property tax website, but I have not been able to track down their current mailing address or phone number. Does anyone know a way that I can contact the owners to see if they would be interested in selling? Thanks for all your advice, in advance

Hi I’m renting out my first property and I’m wondering what’s the least stressful way to collect rent and best way to prevent excuses for late rent submissions (I sent it, it must have gotten lost in the mail). Is there an online website or app that you guys use that makes collecting rent easy, or is having the tenant mail their rent still the most preferred? Thanks for the help
